The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace. Actively seeking out new and innovative ways to serve the needs of the Bank’s customers. Interpret the findings to provide valuable information and recommendations to businesses for informed decision-making and to identify market trends.

  • Experience with dataset, constructing data analysis in order to answer business questions and being able to generate reports for presentations. 
  • Desire to improve current processes by studying current practices
  • Understanding banking product and process is a plus
  • Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
  • Provide competitive analysis on various banks’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
  • Preparing the test cases and involve in UAT testing as team player.
  • Reporting the analysis report based on UAT results

Job Requirements

  • Degree Holders or related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in banking industry
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work on multiple projects/tasks at one time meet established deadlines
  • Advanced user of MS office technologies: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Core Banking user experience is preferable
