Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Practices the company’s policies on health, safety and environment, food safety and hygiene.
  • Supervise and direct work of Packaging Line operators
  • Assist Packaging Manager with coaching, developing and eveluating employees includuding documentation, training and disciplinary action as needed.
  • Develop and maintain the Packaging shifts that is focused on safety, quality,efficiency and a heigh level performance.
  • Oversee daily packaging operations.
  • Serve as a leader and role model to the Packaging operators.
  • Develop an ongoing SOP document series for the Packaging Department.
  • Communicate and work effectively with shift supervisors, Packaging Manager, Packaging operators and other departments like Engineering, Brew & Process, QA and Ware House.
  • Schedule Packaging Operators to align with packaging schedule.
  • Lead and maintain quality,safety and house keeping initiatives for Packaging Deapartment.
  • Minimize waste by monitoring and controlling process and equipment performance.
  • Maximize out put by reducing downtime through monitoring and controlling changeover, maintenance and breakdown time.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor degree of engineering.
  • Experience of packaging in manufacturing environment.
  • Supervisory experience of brewery is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Exceptional problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make decisions.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer application.
  • Must be able to speak fluently in both English and Myanmar languages
  • Must be able to work well with foreigners having high expectations and the local employees with a lower skill level
