Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of service technicians from Generator and M&E Services, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Service Scheduling: Develop and maintain service schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion of service tasks.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all service work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage parts and equipment inventory, ensuring availability for service tasks.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present service reports to senior management.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the service department budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise to the service team and customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in generator service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in service management software and tools.
  • Good in Engilsh 4 skills and Microsoft Office 365
