Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Collaborate with internal departments to prepare, review, and facilitate the signing processes of contracts for partners and customers as needed.
• Engage with external stakeholders to manage the new, renewal, extension of ROW-related contracts according to schedules.
• Liaise with relevant government officers and authorities, and attend the meetings if required to obtain necessary ROW permissions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the company’s Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
• Gather data from relevant departments and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for submission to government offices.
• Receive letters/invitations from government offices, collaborate with the appropriate departments for responses, and provide timely replies as necessary.
• Issue internal announcement letters, distribute them, and maintain accurate records.
• Be willing and available to travel for government-related meetings as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in external relationship management, contract administration, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and contract management software.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working in the telecommunications or infrastructure industry is an advantageous.
