Job Summary

The duties of an Insurance Specialist include designing marketing and sales strategies, contacting potential clients, assessing customer needs, selling appropriate insurance plans, collecting client information, preparing reports, and maintaining records.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities working with bank partner.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
  • Provide post-sales service; actively follow up with customer for premium payments and renewals.
  • Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction: Building a positive relationship with the customers and bank partner.
  • Achieve monthly targets and non-financial KPIs.
  • Report to Business Development Manager

Job Requirements

  • For this position, candidates with Bancassurance sales experience are particularly suitable for applying, banking; Transportation medicine FMCG, those with sales and customer service experience in hotel services and financial services, IT industries can also apply.
  • Must be self-directed and highly motivated.
  • Extensive knowledge of the various types of life insurance policies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills for prioritizing multiple and assignments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
  • Be as an energetic person working on weekends as per business need accordingly.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills especially using Outlook Mail.
