Responsible for the full spectrum of the financial accounting
Managing a company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting system
Developing financial management
Supervise Finance & Account team for day to day operation
Responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly/yearly financial reports
Managing related compliance with government authorities concerned
Handling multiple companies in different industry
Make estimate of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization
Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investment
Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking and reports
Responsible to manage any issues related to the software.
Cooperate with internal and external audit team in conducting annual audits.
Carry out any other assigned task by BOD

Job Requirements

Must be Lived in Nay Pyi Taw (Regional candidate / others by own arrangement)
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
Relevant Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
Extensive knowledge about Accounting, Accounts Payable procedures, IFRS and GAAP and Accounting software (ERP) is preferred
Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Power-point and advance MS Excel skill
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
Professional attitude, Reliability, Strong work ethic
