Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Must have experience in oil import business. (MPT, PPRT limitations must be known.)
  • Must have experience in oil distribution (Own PO). (Must obtain FESC, MPTA approval.)
  •  Must have experience in Importing Clearance.
  •  It is better if you have experience in export.
  •  Documents related to importing oil; Shipment issues; Should have worked in port loading/unloading matters.
  •  Drafting of contract matters; Must be able to review.
  •  Must be able to calculate the budget for the Business/Projects to be done.
  •  Must be able to do Supplier Negotiation.
  •  Must have a little understanding of Marketing Management.
  •  Must understand logistics management.
  • Must be able to do it as a team.
  • Must be able to do every SOP/Policy.
  •  Must be able to do Shipment Clearance.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  •  Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in petroleum trading or a related industry.
  •  Strong understanding of global petroleum markets, trade regulations, and logistics.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  •  Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Proficiency in trading and logistics software, as well as data analysis tools.

Additional Skills:

  •  Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  •  Fluency in multiple languages ​​is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
