Experience Level – Manager

Working Hours – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays – Weekend and Gazette Holidays

  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director
  • Primarily responsible for setting a clear strategy and new direction for the business, bringing insights on recruitment processes and trends
  • Creating innovative talent sourcing and candidate engagement strategies
  • Working with relevant internal stakeholders on talented candidate attraction strategies
  • Analysing candidate market, data and trends to forecast recruitment activities
  • Conducting the recruitment and selection process and training needs analysis for all hiring needs in local and overseas.
  • Collaborating with the Employer and help to reduce their times by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner
  • Keeping up to date with Employment & Labour Laws and Regulations at local and global.
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Coordinating the financial aspects of a company. It includes managing budgets, forecasting future cash flow and expenditure, providing input related to funding requests
  • Analyse the market trends and competitors to expand the company opportunities
  • Providing true leadership and direction to the Recruitment and Operations teams, leading by example to drive motivation, create engagement; and get the best results
  • Participating and contributing to executive leadership meetings, training sessions and other planning sessions as required

Job Requirements

Requirements and skills:

  • Any Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Organizational Psychology and related fields
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building skills, talent acquisition and advertising strategies
  • With a keen understanding of recruitment methodology and processes
  • Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities
  • The ability to travel domestically and abroad.
  • Must be flexible and ready to work overtime and at different locations.
  • Must have good English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge in Chinese/ Japanese Language is preferred.
