Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Direct responsibility for execution of production planning by managing both processing and maintenance activity to meet as per the market demand by complying QSE requirements. Direct responsibility for achieving key indicator goals in manufacturing area by monthly basis as per WTMM set up by management team.
Communicate with cross functional to well perform entire operation area including Preventive Maintenance Activity, Syrup Preparation Activity and Production process management.
Direct responsibility for managing operation and implementation of basic maintenance activity (CLTI) for all the machine/area across the production line to maintain all the machines are in good condition. Assist to the PME (Performance Management Executive) for the implementation of future projects related to the production area as per WCM, QSE requirements.
Manage the maintenance team to implementation of planned maintenance activity for all production machinery and managing the spare parts management program as well.
Direct responsibility for cost management within the operation area to improve productivity by fully utilize assets and required resources within the budget. Need to implement KAIZEN initiative/ WUR & EUR reduction project within the manufacturing area.
Direct responsibility for people capability improvement, multi skilling and job rotation activity within the production area towards Plant 100 journey and need to do assessments for each position as per capability improvement plan.
Manage to perform EDGE program within the operation area to meet as per BIG standard level for the plant.
Manage in new equipment/ new machine/ new system installation within the operation area with respective project team.
Direct responsibility for implementing, reviewing and complying to Quality, Safety & Health, Food Safety and Environment Management System, in operation areas.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience of operational management in manufacturing related industry.
B.E / B. Tech in Mech / Elect Engineering.
Strong Technical, Analytical & Numerical Ability.
Good Communication Skills in Local & English language  Computer Skills (MS Office).
Leadership/ Team Management Skills.
LEAN Manufacturing Knowledge and Capabilities
