  • Provide financial leadership and business support to Commercial Leaders (Commercial & Sales Head, RGM, RTM, General Trade, Modern Trade) including budget management and development of rolling estimate projections.
  • Revenue Growth Management - drive margin management in the business through revenue growth management and support BPPC / pricing decisions.
  • RTM & CTS – support commercial in evaluating RTM and CTS decisions leading to optimum RTM in markets enhancing availability at the optimum cost to serve.
  • Key Accounts – partner with commercial team on evaluating key account proposals and drive implementation of commercial policy by channel in each of BIG markets.
  • Support the optimum allocation of resources including cold drink equipment.
  • Manage Accounts Receivables by setting objectives to continuously improve DSO and currency metrics, setting up the appropriate credit limits for peak and non-peak seasons for existing accounts, performing credit checks for potential new customers, work closely with Accounts Receivable and Commercials teams to ensure full and timely collections.
  • Oversee the Route Settlement team and ensure accurate and timely recording of revenues in the most efficient manner.
  • Single point of contact for all Commercial functional heads for financial support and evaluations.
  • Effectively communicate with Commercial functional leads and other business leaders in the country and provide key decision support.
  • Complex financial concepts to internal and external audiences must be articulated to non-financial business leaders in concise and understandable terms to influence and drive alignment and appropriate actions Data is used for decision-making, as well as internal and external reporting and communications. This also includes the preparation, interpretation, and alignment of financial data included in the business plans.
  • Communication with non-management / associates, including Controller’s Group, Corporate Tax, Corporate Governance and Compliance and others. Must represent bottling operations’ issues and results in terms understood by others, often requiring the explanation of the underlying business drivers which are new to the recipient.
  • Credible leader when resolving issues related to financial standards and processes; must apply business knowledge and communicate this effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence different internal stakeholders (Commercial teams, shared services team, leadership teams) to enable business and performance delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ working experience in Finance.
  • University/bachelor’s degree.
  • CA/CPA or master’s degree - Preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and processes.
  • Proficient in US GAAP and financial policies concepts/methods/terminology appropriately in own work and to new or ambiguous situations with minimum supervision.
  • Able to provide advice and guidance on policy interpretation and administer policies ensures compliance.
  • Able to perform processes related to and prepare closing, consolidation and reconciliation tasks; financial statements; planning, management with minimum supervision.
  • Able to track, monitor, and communicate relevant KPIs /problems / issues and suggest alternative approaches or recommendations.
  • Ability to read, understand, verbally exchange information and compose written material for business purposes in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to help shape and model the desired culture.
  • Ability to express ideas and information in an organized and logical manner.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Quantitative and analytical skills for problem solving and issue/risk mitigation
