A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in recruitment process like job posting, screening, and arranging interviews
  • Support in organizing meetings and employee events
  • Manage day to day office operations such as ordering stationery, office supplies, and answering phones and maintain inventory
  • Assist in managing administrative expenses and petty cash
  • Assist in travel requisitions including travel reservations, hotel bookings, and transportation arrangements for guests
  • Manage all the company vehicles and way of ferry

Job Requirements

  • Graduate or currently studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Available for a full-time (on-site) internship, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Able to start the internship in July
  • Available for the duration of a 3-month internship
  • A person who is willing to learn and can fulfill the duties assigned by their superior
  • Strong interest in administrative and HR support roles
