Job Description

Monitoring the attendance, Leave and absenteeism.
Assist the payroll process, SSB Process and Government relationship.
Keep all employee's personal files systematically and update information as necessary.
Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
Handle employee resignation and termination process.
Under the direction of the HR Manager, to be responsible for the compilation and submission of related matters.
Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, more preferred Dip in HRM
Experience in (3) years HR Generalist in corporate.
Accurate documenting skills and attention to detail. Knowledgeable in managing processes.
Competency in MS Office including word, excel, and outlook.
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
