Assist superior in implementing continuous improvement activities for HR administration processes and services within the Business Unit.
Provide administrative support on department's initiatives and programs.
Onboard the new employee, prepare and manage the required documents like employment contract, staff card, onboarding kits.
Organize and manage organizational data, documents, and files to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.
Personal filing and maintain proper documentation.
Support activities and provide administrative support on change management initiatives across the organization.
Conduct the onboarding and offboarding process.
Verify the leave submission through DKSH leave management system.
Check the overtime submission to align with the policy.
Support in project implementation / adhoc project activities

Job Requirements

Any bachelor’s degree holder.
Advanced certificate/diploma in Human Resources, Business, Management, Economics or similar related discipline preferred
Must have 1 or 2 years of experience in the related field.
Demonstrate fluency in the local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.
