  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures for HRD
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Record the training attendance list of the internal and external training and provide the training evaluation issues.
  • Support the Team Building Plan and also staff party and another HR related activities.
  • Evaluate training programs and suggest future options for continual learning.
  • Design the HRD activities and plan for CSR activities
  • Assess employee performance and report any gaps between expectations and outputs.
  • Conduct training programs that enhance employees’ skills and improve their abilities to work as a team.
  • Conducting various welfare activities
  •  Organize & Participate  for HR activities
  •   Assist ISO process
  • Arranging for employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Administration of all contract labour, and preparing arrange NDA for all staffs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree, Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in related area
  • Proficient in MS Office (word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail, Internet Browsing)
  • Willing to work smart, work hard and overtime to complete assignments when needed.
  • Preferable have experience in using HR software
  • Ability to work professionally with team spirit and motivation to achieve
