Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Responsible for setting up the infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Internet, Wi-Fi, CCTV etc)
  2. Responsible for purchasing and supporting hardware (The admin team has to cooperate in case of the purchasing process and payment settlement)
  3. Responsible for ensuring all the shared devices and resources are working properly
  4. Responsible for LAN / WAN security and maintenance
  5. Responsible for billing all the communication system on time (without over-due date)
  6. Responsible for Cyber Security and monitoring of network performance
  7. Responsible for monitoring of Data Center Operation (Collaborate with Vendor Team)
  8. Responsible for giving hands-on training to all the staff (periodically / as required)
  9. Responsible for supporting domain setup and troubleshooting (Acts as control panel admin)
  10. Responsible for onboarding/offboarding user support (email, Windows, Core System, etc)
  11. Responsible for recording and labeling all the IT hardware and hand over to the admin department for future processing
  12. Responsible for monitoring of Data Storage (Repository space for all the critical data of operation)
  13. Responsible for the job assigned by the Management
  14. Report to CIO

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, combined with progressive relevant experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience working with Infrastructure enterprise technologies such as datacenter technology, storage and Windows servers, cloud, authentication solutions, and disaster recovery virtualization with a strong understanding of technology architecture in an enterprise environment
