Job Purpose:To support KBZPay Center operations by providing customer service assistance and administrative support while gaining hands-on experience in e-Wallet services.

• Greet and assist customers professionally at the Information Counter on a rotational basis.
• Guide customers to the correct service counters according to their needs.
• Learn and understand KBZPay products and services to provide accurate basic information.
• Support daily operations by completing assigned administrative tasks as instructed.

Working Days, Hours and Internship Period :

• Work from Monday to Friday; Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are non-working days
• Official working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m 
• Internship period 3 months to 6 months

• Passed Matriculation Examination or equivalent

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic proficiency in Myanmar and English
