- Maintaining policies records and proposals in the record and rule documentation
- Carrying out the underwriting process (checking the data entry information reported from the supervisor/deputy supervisor and confirming the policies in the EFI Life software system)
- Checking the required documentations and amounts for policies of surrender, paid up, loan and other processes and reporting them to the HOD/Manager
- Managing and reporting the monthly, yearly policies and income and by financial year
- Handling the customer complaints that are reported from the operation staffs
- Oversees day to day operations to function smoothly and maintain eligibility records
- Preparing and reporting the monthly policies and income to HOD/Manager
- Perform other duties as assign

Job Requirements
- Any bachelor's degree (Insurance Certificate holder is preferable)
- Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant field.
- Strong computer skills and ability to use necessary software
- Excellence in Business English
- Interpersonal and customer service skills are required when meeting with and interviewing potential clients
- Willingness to travel
