Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1.    Manage unit-related PR/WI & KPIs/risk assessments to optimize team performance.
2.    Manage the process of answering phone inquiries and emails for the appropriate information and medical practice/advice.
3.    Manage Digital Platforms (i.e. Social Media Page, ARH App, Main Website, & Viber Community Circle) to improve customer engagement.
4.    Evaluate competitor analysis to assist in business planning for the information help desk.
5.    Implement the Improvement Projects to achieve better service delivery.
6.    Coach the process of staff behavioral & on-job training for customer service improvements.
7.    Build and maintain good communication with VIP customers and stakeholders to sustain long-term relationships.
8.    Manage monthly/yearly reports to HOD, EO and COO.
9.    Undertaking duties and responsibilities in medical aspects assigned and directed by the immediate superior of CCD.

Job Requirements

Education and Qualification Requirements (Minimum)
- M.B., B.S / BNSc Preferred
- Professional Diploma and/or Certificate in Customer Service is preferred

 

Working Experience Requirements (Minimum)
- 2-3 years of informative medical experience in the healthcare industry 
- 1-2 years of experience in management
