Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Trace, track and expedite purchase processes
• Interact with third party logistics service providers
• Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order
• Review bills, invoices and purchase orders 
• Ensure all payments are processed in time 
• Organize files both manually and electronically
• Monitor and facilitate repair orders
• Coordinate deliveries for repaired or returned items
• Reconcile hand receipts

Job Requirements

•Bachelor degree holder
•Fulent in Chinese 4 skills
•Proficiency in inverntory software, as well as Microsoft Word,Excel etc
•Active and willing to learn
