ROLE PURPOSE

To acquire existing and new potential clients for our Yoma Bank Cash In /Cash Out service. Maintain for our clients to fulfil the needs building manage relationship. Collaborate Yoma Cash In and Cash out services with Wave Money team.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • To manage a collaborate relative team to discover and pursue new sale prospect to sell a variety of banking Corporate Cash/ Cash Out business.
  • To set target, address issues and support your team to discover and understand client’s need and create overall client satisfaction.
  • To guide the team to cross-sell or up-sell additional banking products and Cash In / Cash out service.
  • To develop the team, exhibit exceptional teamwork ability and have strong desire to grow and develop the team with the Yoma bank organization.
  • Maintain the team’s overall sales pipeline and responsible for overall conversion rates.
  • Ensure strong teamwork to collaborate with various other units and departments to address client needs.
  •  To carry out any other duties or special project which may be assigned to you from time by Line Manager.
  • Execute merchants’ segmentation and engagement strategies to create win-win outcomes for our customers, the bank, and the clients.
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional with Wave Money team and product team to ensure clients issues and requirements are resolved within the SLA.
  • Supervise and manages the day-to-day financial operations and support to requirement client request communicate with Wave Money agent and product such as daily closing, settlement and reconciliation.
  • Advise and support to HOD for planning, budgeting and pricing.

Follow policies and procedures complete administrative tasks correctly and on time: supports the bank’s strategies, goals and values.

Job Requirements

•   Bachelor’s of any degree or Business Administration and Business Management Degree.

•   Familiar with corporate environment, clients and partner management

•   Ability to work in a high intensity, fast- paced

•   Ability to analyze and interpret sale date to inform sale strategies

•   Good attitude, communication skills, active, creative, good personality, willingness to learn

•   Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to motivate team member

•   Good interpersonal communication for customer services

•   Good negotiation and presentation skills

•   Proficiency in Excel, including creating dashboards
