Job Requirements
1. Any University Graduate with HR Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or human resources management or equivalent.
2. Minimum (3) Years working experience in talent management.
3. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
4. Experience in educating and coaching staff.
5. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
6. Good Understanding in Myanmar Labour Laws
7. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
