Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1.  Support GM in all aspect of people management. 

  • Attract and recruit the best talents by improving Employer brand
  • Maintain a smooth onboarding process
  • Prepare and submit Annual HR Plan in line with Annual Business plan to Senior Management and upon approval, implement the HR Plan
  • Responsible for planning and implementing annual Training programme to improve knowledge and skills of staff members
  • Responsible for implementation of Performance Management System to improve productivity
  • Propose and implement talent development plan and create talent pipeline for succession planning

2.  Support GM in HR Administration

  • Develop, get approved, implement, and evaluate all human resource policies, procedures, and structures
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated 
  • Plan and Track HR department budgets. monitor and report accordingly
  • Ensure the effective and efficient Attendance and Payroll management 
  • Ensure the workplace safety and security in coordination with Admin Department 
  • Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation
  • Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures in coordination with other functional departments
  • Handle Grievances (if any) in close coordination with WCC

Job Requirements

1. Any University Graduate with HR Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or human resources management or equivalent.

2. Minimum (3 to 5) Years working experience in HR Manager Role

3. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues

4. Experience in educating and coaching staff

5. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations

6. Good Understanding in Myanmar Labour Laws

7. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
