Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Conduct maintenance and monitoring to guarantee the smooth operation of the core banking system.
Develop new core banking branches, products, features, and modules upon request.
Assist with system upgrades, the implementation of new features, thorough product testing, and the timely application of fixes and patches.
Deploy, monitor, maintain, upgrade, and support organizational IT systems and infrastructure.
Develop and maintain in-house applications.
Develop reports for management and business requirements.
Offer support, upgrade tools and systems, and resolve issues at branches using various methods, including in-person and remote assistance.
Identify, analyze, and report user and system problems, and coordinate with software vendors for solutions, both current and potential.
Ensuring user security and role access management.
Performing system maintenance and periodic parameter/function reviews.
Supporting end-users to ensure data security for user data and the core banking database.
Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
Ensuring that employees are well-understood to IT policy and procedure.
Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools.
Other MIS-related tasks assigned by Manager.
Controls and monitors daily, weekly, and monthly data backups.
Ensure the end-of-month reports are delivered on time.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Computer Science or related fields.
3-year experience in MIS, system development, or equivalent.
Knowledge of Flutter, Javascript, PHP, HTML, jQuery, and CSS.
Knowledge and experience in database management systems such as MySQL, MS SQL Server, and Windows Server, MIS reports, Microsoft Power BI.
Knowledgeable in using API and development of API/ Web Service for external system integration is an advantage.
Previous banking experiences in the core banking system are an advantage.
Quick learner and Good communication in English.
