Job Description

-Manage daily operation of the clinic
-Ensuring a high performing workplace culture
-Efficient and productive clinic operations standards met
-Build a strong team and train all staff to deliver exceptional customer service
-Perform regular meeting with related departments to smooth daily operation.
-Leading the Sales Team to achieve sales target
-Facilitate and work closely with marketing team
-Build and maintain positive sustainable relationships with clients
-Investigate and solve any client's issues, complaints or feedback.
-Perform general office duty as needed.
-Maintain working relationships and communicate with all department.
-Manage and monitor the activities of all staff and make sure to follow the standard operation procedure at all times.
-Prepare monthly performance report of all operation Staff

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing
-Ability to coach and mentor customer service representatives.
-Working within a fast paced team environment
-Ability to work In MS Office - Word, Excel etc
-Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
-Time management and organizational skills
-English proficiency is a must, Chinese proficiency is a plus
-Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Service oriented and focused on delivering high standards of customer service
-At least 3 years of operational management experience in the related industry
-Any Graduate (Medical Background Preferrable - M.B.B.S, B.Pharm,Paramedical, Nurse Preferred)
