  • Schedule follow up Car arrangement for team assignment
  • Support the Sale and Engagement process
  • New staff onboarding support
  • Arrangement for Staff package support (PC/Printer/ID..etc)
  • Builds relationships with internal team for alignment
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, scanner and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and stationary stock checking
  • Maintain department staffs contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile monthly expense reports
  • Monthly report to Department Head for sales onboarding ,outlets extension data and team monthly expenses and stationary data

Job Requirements

  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of internal and external customers
  • Ability to work in stressful situations with the public and management
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
