1.high school diploma or GED
2.Certification in secretarial work,office administration or related training
3.1-2 yuears of experence as a personal assistant would be advantageous
4.Extensive exprience in creating documents and spereadsheets, using office software such as MS Word,Excel, and Power point
5.Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
6.Working knowledge of printers,copiers,scanners
7.Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS outlook, as well as call forwarding
8.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
