5-Supervise the materials for the project procurement process.
6-Organizing and coordinating with site engineers
7-Meeting with clients to assess their needs and define project requirements.
8-Ensuring project deadlines are met.
9-Report to the project manager for project changes.
10-Overseeing the project contractor bills and reporting to the project manager.
11-Coordinate the site engineers, QS, and subcontractors.
12-Providing administrative support as needed.
13-Coordinate testing, commissioning, and official recording.
14-Site inspection by check list and reporting defect items to the project manager.
15-Assist the project manager in the project handover process.
16-Prepare reports for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the project manager.
17-Other job related duties assigned by the management.
