-    Overseeing day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets
-    Coordination with project managers, Contractors and government relation to ensure smooth execution of construction plans.
-    Conduction regular inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
-    Resolving technical issues and providing on-site solutions to construction challenges.
-    Reviewing construction drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
-    Managing material procurement and ensuring timely delivery to the construction site.
-    Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and quality control documentation.
-    Implementing and enforcing safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all workers on site.

-    Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
-    Previous experience in construction site management or related field.
-    Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
-    Proficiency in reading construction drawings and specifications.
-    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-    Familiarity with construction safety regulations and practices.
-    Proficiency in computer software applications relevant to construction management (e.g., MS Office, project management software)
