Job Description

  • Ensure the team achieved the given objectives are achieved and prevent contamination to the company and department.
  • Monitors and executes day to day activities to team to ensure required partners & customer support are delivered to internal and external partners. 
  • Research and report on existing and emerging trends & behaviour  in all Customer support channels managements
  • Provide smooth and efficient flow of work within a team
  • Identifying operation related issues to maximise efficiency in terms or time, cost and resources.  
  • Preparing day to day to-do –list for the team and executing work efficiently and effectively. 
  • Reporting daily activities of the department and highlighting issues that are considerably management’s concern.
  • Implement methods and standard operating procedures for Operation (Customer Support & After-Sales Service) with the Manager.
  • Monitoring the trends of the reloading & transaction from the partners , create the situational report to Management. 
  • Monitoring the Call Center supports team performance and arrange the training programs for the improvement of the Team.
  • Preparing the effective script of the Customer Retention by projects.
  • Understanding the branding  of the Company & making sure all the customer support activities are necessary actions.
  • Participate in recruiting and training of fresh customer service employees.
  • Handle complicated and unresolved issues with the internal or external department.
  • Follow up on every activity with the Customer support activity.
  • Develop strategies and plans for customer support.
  • Establish standards for best customer support practices.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree.
  • Age between 25 to 35 years.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer services field. 
  • Problem solving skill and goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
