Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, arranging interview and onboarding to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
  • Checking & recording the employees' daily Attendance (Late, Leave, Absence & Location).
  • Handle and provide guidance on employee inquiries on HR-related matters, including, leave, benefits, and employment rules & regulations
  • Perform the monthly payroll calculation, SSB process and arrange to communicate with government office for SSB and income tax transaction and other labor issues.
  • General knowledge and required legal knowledge according to labor law and rules of SSB, EC contract & Income Tax
  • Ensure HR compliance with relevant laws, including employment, Social Security Board (SSB), income tax, and labor laws, in coordination with the management.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to all departmental managers on performance-related matters.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, record KPI and provide feedback to employees
  • Organizing and implement training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
  • Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information and regularly updating employees’ data in the sheet
  • Initiates and implements employee wellness, reward and engagement activities to strengthen the employer-employee relationship
  • Handling employee offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
  • Other HR related and daily Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree with Diploma in HR Managment/ Development
  • Proven experience as a HR Executive or in a senior excutive role with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Good knowledge in labor law
  • Good communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in using MS Office.
