Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to promote our products and drive sales through trade channels.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and develop tailored marketing programs for key accounts and channels.
Create marketing collateral, including POS materials, trade show displays, and sales presentations, to support trade partners and enhance brand visibility.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth within trade channels.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and execution of trade marketing initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing programs, track ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Build strong relationships with trade partners, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, to drive collaboration and maximize promotional opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in trade marketing to maintain a competitive edge

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field. MBA more preferred.
Proven experience in trade marketing or related roles, preferably in the [industry/sector] industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions and drive results.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Ability to travel as needed for trade shows, events, and client meetings.
