Myanmar Survey Research (MSR) မြန်မာဆာဗေးသုတေသနကုမ္ပဏီသည် လူမှုရေး၊ စျေးကွက် ဆိုင်ရာ သုတေသန ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ဆောင်ရွက်သည့် ပြည်တွင်းသုတေသနကုမ္ပဏီ ဖြစ်သည်။  

MSR နှင့် လက်တွဲပြီး အလုပ်အကိုင် အခွင့်အလမ်း ဖန်တီးပြီး လိုအပ်သည့် ဝန်ထမ်းများ ရွေးချယ်ခန့်ထားရန် Assistant HR Manager အဖြစ် လုပ်ကိုင်လိုသူများ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

    Assistant HR Manager is the player in HR team to perform HR related functions especilly recruitment.

  1. Recruitment and selection for part-time interviewer and contract staff
  2. Creating and revising job descriptions, preparing HR documents (e.g. Employment contracts and new hire guides)
  3. Prepare job ads, job listing and candidate records and post in various Job channels
  4. Conduct screening, testing and preliminary interviewing of potential employees.
  5. Report the recruitment status to HR and Admin Director and participate in orientation
  6. Prepare documentation for employment and duty roster, HR Monthly report, Attendance Report, Leave Report and contract staff salary report
  7. Updating the staff data into HR Management System (Database)
  8. Maintain up-to-date documentation, file/scan related records.
  9. Assist payroll relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  10. Participate in administrative staff meetings
  11. Participate in job fairs and recruiting events

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Lady (25-35 years old)

Any university graduate- Diploma in human resources management is preferable

Minimum 3-5 years related experience at recruitment;

Good English Language skills, Computer skill (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

Good knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law;

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills
