  • Identify and detect dispute cases such as failed payments, double deduction, etc.
  • Handle escalated customer disputes and ensure timely resolution.
  • Supervise the dispute handling team and provide training.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports on dispute metrics and reconciliation status.
  • Collaborate with other departments for effective dispute resolution.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years working experience in the Banking or Fin-Tech business.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital payment systems, Cards, eWallets is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
