  • To assist in designing and delivering OD strategies, processes and interventions that support the ATOM’s ambition to be a high performing organization; to include initiatives which foster a highperformance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the standards.
  • To develop and assist in designing robust talent & succession planning with required needs analysis and to coordinate the contributions of key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
  • Based on developed succession planning, to work with line managers/HRBPs/other related stakeholders on the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant personal and career development plans for their staff; to commission and evaluate agreed internally delivered interventions and to ensure align with organizational objectives.
  • To assist in the ATOM’s job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs.
  • To proceed the employee engagement survey process, conducting the knowledge awareness workshops, set up action plans compliance with the timetable and working with the Head of LOD to ensure consistency of quality in survey process and effective result driving.
  • To contribute to the development of OD policies and procedures in collaboration with the Head of LOD.
  • To support specific performance improvement initiatives, such as involving in competency framework development for all levels and other coaching/mentoring/ feedback processes, etc.
  • To assist in identifying opportunities for performance improvement through undertaking internal diagnosis, process/system reviews to understand barriers and possible solutions, conducting external research into good practice and new ideas.
  • To design and facilitate in-house events (e.g., workshops, training programs, etc.) as required.
  • To assist with additional internal or external resources as and when required to ensure costeffective delivery of agreed OD initiatives.

Technical knowledge and experience 

  • An OD qualification, or equivalent professional knowledge gained through significant experience working as an OD specialist or as an HR generalist with an OD focused mindset.
  • Able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of theory and good practice in key areas: - Organization development particularly around change management and developing organizational culture -
  • Learning & Development, particularly leadership development and talent management. 
  • Experience of, and commitment to, continuous organizational improvement and the ability to act as a change agent. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all levels, internally and externally. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills. 
  • Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to (personal, team and budget) deadlines. 
  • The ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyze findings for qualitative & quantitative data, generate options, and build commitment to solutions. 
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and results-focus. • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity. 
  • Ability to move between big picture and details
