Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization
Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements.
Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
Manager overall responsivities and lead Manufacturing team, Warehouse team to achieve productivity and KPI.
Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are maintained at all times
Ensure the target productivity level is achieved on a daily basis
Update the production plan on a daily basis
Communicate with other departmental managers (planning, warehouse, QA, HR, Admin & Safety etc.) regarding through put of stock to ensure production targets are met.
Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department
Ensure to review of Manufacturing team daily/weekly/ Monthly report.
Ensure to lead to implement for SOP, Procedures, Policy, flowchart, JD & Reports of Qualifications and Validations.
Assign task and follow up the progress of the production team to make sure that operate correctly according to the procedures and specific work instruction.
Monitor production standards and implement quality-control programs based on daily production report.
Ensure to create and manage department goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), SOP, JD, departmental organizational design for team.
Motivate and coach the team to operational success. Provide technical expertise to the team.
Create and Manager to practice ISO, SGP, GMP, FSSC, 5s, HACCP and WCM etc for manufacturing department.
Develop production quality systems and documentation including Management of FDA, ISO, FSSC, HACCP, GMP, TQM and 5s standard. Take responsibility of Food Safety Management.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

BE (Mechanical) or Electrical, and other relevant Certificate.
Must have knowledge and experiences of Water treatment system, Blowing, Filling, and Labeling & Palletizer Machine etc.
Mature Candidate (under 35 years)
At Least (10) years’ experiences of related fields. Preferred the relevant experience with food Industry.
Strong knowledge of factory management system including; production, machine etc.
Strong organizational, supervisory and team building skills.
Demonstrated ability to gain co-workers respect while motivating production workers and supervisor.
Hands on knowledge of efficient production scheduling and controlling.
Have good communication, managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem solving skill.
Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
Should be expertise in implementing rules and regulations (like related with FDA, FSSC, GMP, HACCP, TQM, ISO) etc.
Proficient in English and computer skills.
