As an HR Business Partner with HEINEKEN Myanmar,

  • You will contribute to the business strategy and make a difference by leading, guiding, and executing impactful organizational transformation to drive a high-performing organization culture

YOU LOVE: 

Strategic Partnering

  • Translate the overall organization and people strategy into execution plans and tactics, ensuring participation and ownership by key stakeholders by appropriately sequencing people initiatives with other key business initiatives to ensure success
  • Contribute to business plans and positively influence organization outcomes by identifying the highest impact people programs and reviewing key people indicators from the internal and external environment to recommend appropriate strategies and tactics that support the overall strategic workforce plan
  • Transform data into actionable insights, putting meaning behind facts and figures to connect with business leaders and line managers in a clear and compelling manner to facilitate people decisions
  • Build strategic partnerships and strong relationships with your key customers through effective networking, influencing and alliance

Talent Resourcing & Management

  • Partner business leaders on talent identification and development, ensuring that a robust talent retention, development and career plan is in place
  • Support the attraction and selection of high-calibre talents, working closely with line managers to define the most effective talent sourcing strategy and hiring the right talents to build a high-performing workforce
  • Drive succession-planning conversations with business leaders with a view to building a steady pipeline of talents for growth in the business

Talent Development

  • Develop the people and people leadership capability of our talents by spreading your knowledge across the organization and incorporating people goals into the daily business agenda
  • Act as a coach to line managers in difficult moments, facilitating difficult meetings and finding win-win outcomes, while ensuring fairness, consistency, and adherence to process and legislation

Organization Design and Change Management

  • Partner business leaders in defining the workforce of the future in tandem with the strategic workforce plan, leveraging on reviving and reviewing tactics to refresh and redesign the organization, where needed
  • Be the expert in change management, driving the people agenda and leading with your professional expertise in key change projects

Leadership, Engagement & Culture Development

  • Collaborate with Centre of Expertise (CoE) specialists to develop line manager capabilities in talent acquisition and management, performance management, and compensation & benefits
  • Provide credible advisory and counsel to business leaders on strategic people and culture priorities to drive overall organization engagement plan
  • Work with line managers to anticipate, address and communicate climate strengths and opportunity areas, designing action plans to enable continuous improvement in organizational culture

Employees Relations

  • Be a trusted advisor and confidante to employees, listening to and supporting them with resolution of issues and providing advice and advocating on their behalf, where needed
  • Guide employees’ understanding of people policies and processes, while ensuing they are real and relevant to support business needs and drive business performance

Labour Relations

  • Develop effective relationships with the labour offices, supporting and ensuring proper legislative practices and procedures are in place for business continuity
  • Interpret the labour legislation with business leaders, line managers, and employees to ensure fair and consistent application

    YOU NEED:

    • Profound knowledge in the specific people functional areas of talent resourcing and management, organization design and change management, leadership, engagement, and culture development
    • A degree in Business or equivalent
    • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in HR, spending most of it in an HR business partnering capacity
    • Familiarity of local employment-related laws and regulations, and competent experience and understanding of other people functional areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, and learning and development
    • Ability to balance planning and strategizing work with hands-on and practical application, while being comfortable with making independent decisions, evaluating, and managing conflicting priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment
    • Ability to build authentic and effective relationships within and outside the business and People function
    • Desire to revolutionize conventional people practices into exceptional people programmes, transforming the ordinary into best-in-class because you know and want what great looks like!
