Design the programme in the centre to ensure that it meets all the syllabus requirements 
Organise the programme learning environment 
Co-ordinate with the people involved in the programme, such as trainers and mentors, the facilities, training materials and equipment 
Find and develop appropriate learning resources to ensure that candidates engage with concepts and principles to meet the assessment criteria 
Select and use appropriate formative assessment activities bearing in mind the portfolio requirements 
Monitor candidates’ progress throughout the programme and provide regular feedback to help them develop. 
Act as team lead for programmatic issues and respond accordingly
Work with respective team and stakeholders to identify and resolve operational problems
Under the direction of the Vice Principal, manage special initiatives and projects.
Plan, schedule and organize all area level meetings and events
Keep track of students and teachers’ attendance, progress and maintain consistent disciplinary procedure
Observe the needs and provide necessary support by getting feedbacks through continuous communication
Maintain the uniformity of all classes such as lesson plans, worksheets, class activities, marking and progress report
Maintain program database ensuring the completion of all program observations, students’ progress reports, instructor reports and collection of any, and all, relevant documentation
Observe individual trainer’s strength, weakness and team performance by keeping record and providing necessary support
Develop and maintain relationships with program partners and instructors
Report the important issues and outcomes to the management team
Record subordinates’ performance and take actions for the better result
Other duties as assigned and needed

Any Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree more preferred)
2+ years IGCSE management experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Skill in developing and facilitating collaborative relationships
Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams
Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
Excellent Microsoft Office skills; ability to collect and maintain information
as needed
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Respecting the values, rules and regulations of the school
Keeping confidential information of each student/ teacher/ class/ level/ campus/ school
