People Management 

  • ဝန်ထမ်းများကိုကောင်းစွာ ဦဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။ assign နှင့်schedule များဆွဲပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များခွဲဝေပေးပြီးmonitoring ကောင်းစွာလုပ်ပေးနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။ 

Inventory Control 

  • ကုန်ပစ္စည်းစာရင်းများကိုမှန်ကန်စွာကြီးကြပ်ရမည်။
  • replenishment နှင့် stock count ပုံမှန်လုပ်နိုင်အောင်ဂိုဒေါင်စာရွက်စာတမ်း (documentation) များကိုစနစ်တကျစီမံရမည်။
  • ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကိုစနစ်တကျနှင့် အလေအလွင့်မရှိအောင်နေရာချဖို့ လမ်းပြနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Fast moving ၊ Slow moving ပစ္စည်းများကိုခွဲခြားပြီးလမ်းပြပေးရမည်။

Reporting 

  • Inventory စာရင်း (data) များကို excel ဖြင့်အမြဲ report တင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • ကုန်ပစ္စည်းပျောက်ဆုံး၊ ပျက်စီးမူ report များကို6 လတစ်ခါစီမံပေးနိုင်ရမည်။ 

Continuous improvement & best practice

  • 5S စနစ်နှင့် warehouse best practice များကိုအမြဲအားပေးပြီးစောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
