-Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field. A PhD is preferred.
-Proven experience in teaching mathematics, particularly in preparing students for mathematical Olympiads.
-In-depth knowledge of advanced mathematical concepts and problem-solving strategies.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
-Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve excellence in mathematical competitions.
-Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage curriculum development and student progress effectively.
-Dedication to continuous professional development and staying updated with changes in mathematical Olympiad competitions.
