  • The main role on the NOC Manager is coordination to ensure that the networking system runs effectively without interruption.
  • The NOC Manager is responsible for the overall performance and availability of the network infrastructure. This role includes managing a team of NOC engineers, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the highest levels of network reliability and uptime.
  • The NOC Manager will also be responsible for maintaining and improving NOC processes, policies, and documentation.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of NOC engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Responsible in planning, organization and managing staff and overall operations to ensure stability of customer’s infrastructure.
  • Provide overall expertise with all network operations function.
  • Manage tools, systems and procedures to ensure dynamic management of issues and customer management.
  • Ensure all members of assigned technical teams are effective and fully utilized in order to provide high resource utilization.
  • Evaluate technical skills of the team and ensures there is an appropriate level of expertise.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • College Graduate preferable Engineering (ECE, Electrical and Mechanical).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Good in leadership quality.
  • Age between 30 to 40 years old.
  • At least 5 year work experience in relative field.
  • Ability to interact with client in professional and articulate manner.
  • Familiar with iTower software.
  • Knowledgeable in MS office (Excel, Work and Power point).
