The purpose of this job is to help, create, plan, and run training programs for KBZPay Operation Function.

  • Conduct internal training.
  • On time compilation of all training of all action items agreed with line managers and stakeholders.
  • Works with other trainers and management to ensure trainings are delivered to the highest quality and effectively.
  • Evaluate training course and material to seek improvement if needed
  • Cooperation in KBZ L&D team if needed.
  • Evaluate training course and material to seek improvement if needed.
  • Help promote and maintain a positive company image.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • At least +1 years’ experience in training or communication
  • 1 – 2 years in retail or corporate business culture environment
  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree
  • Proficiency in Training and communication both verbal and visual
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Familiar with traditional in personal and hybrid training arrangement.
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial; able to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic and creative mindset.
  • Good understanding/ interest of digital tools/ technology and latest trends
