  1. Coordinate with HR Manager for TNA results analysis.
  2. Plan the yearly training schedule. Make decisions for training needs according to job requirements.
  3. Manage to negotiate timetable with HOD/HOS for the convenience of employees.
  4. Plan end-to-end development programs according to the organizational requirements.
  5. Composing proposals to superiors with the aim of developing the employee.
  6. Receive and process the trainer’s feedback and training results.
  7. Manage the seminar and workshops with other organizations.

Undertaking duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by superiors of the HR (L&D) department.

Education and Qualification Requirements (Minimum)

- Any Bachelor Degree.

- Diploma in HRM or HRD.

Working Experience Requirements (Minimum)

- 5 years of experience in HRD or L&D or Training.

Other Requirements and Skills

-Pre-intermediate level of English reading, and writing skills.

-Good MS Office Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Good HR Learning and Development skills.

-Good Health, Safety and Environment and Myanmar labor law knowledge
