An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Provide onboarding training to new Channel Sales Executive and agents.
  • Create training modules (when needed) based on the training requirements/needs of the business.
  • Provides input to the training strategy and the development of specific training development plans.
  • Participate in team initiatives providing input on learning needs and developing schedules for training delivery.
  • Utilize a variety of learning techniques to deliver training in the most effective and impactful manner.
  • Validate training content by creating a testing and evaluation process to measure the accuracy of the content being delivered, making updates to training content as needed.
  • Evaluate non-performer Channel Sales Executive and provide training depends on skill sets.
  • Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (e.g., negotiation, teamwork and conflict management).

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • At least 3+ years in role of trainer and proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role is preferred
  • Experience in a sales position is a plus
  • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
  • Good understanding on creating evaluation method is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel is a must
  • Excellent in communication and presentation abilities
  • Able to travel overnight trip within the country if necessary
  • Good command of English and Myanmar language (both spoken and written)
