To assist and provide input and support to meet the business objective on strategic design, development and implementation of compensation & benefits programs that align to company goals and competitive practices.

 

Performance Management - Team Challenge:

  • Team challenge, target calculation- bonus calculation- preparing achievement letters, interim Team Challenge presentation to Senior Team leaders and calculating incentive.
  • Lead the Team Challenge and performance management for the company that includes communication on the performance management process, conducting training, scheduling, communicating, Involving TPES (Team performance evaluation system) pilot project.
  • Provide Team Challenge report for bonus pay-out and, giving additional options to senior team leaders with cost comparison. 
  • Provide consultation and professional advice to HR Business Partner & Business Heads on performance management subject.

Rewards:

  • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to plan, develop, and implement performance management, compensation, and benefit programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Evaluate promotion criteria recommended by Heads of Departments (HODs) and manage data for the implementation of promotion exercises, aligning with organizational growth objectives.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to the reward process and address escalations from HR Business Partners (HRBPs), branch managers, and employees, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data and trends, identifying opportunities for process improvement and presenting recommendations for enhanced reward processes.
  • Provide suggesting and recommendation for the other company’s reward program and initiatives.
  •  Execute special projects and tasks as assigned by the management.

Others:

  • Responsible to provide analytics support for all projects related to compensation & benefits team
  • Manage, track and support other HR functions with manpower plan and all HR related data and reporting, helping budget planning, monitor and track the manpower budget for the company
  • Collaborate and provide support to the other business owner based on data insights
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree but preferably a degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources Management preferred.

  • At least 3 years of experience working in compensation & benefits and performance management.
