This position must perform the following job descriptions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT professionals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, goals and budgets and identify resources needed
- Assign tasks to development team for project tasks
- Serve as the liaison between clients and developers and management
- Effectively communicate project insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; issuing progress reports; recommending actions
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Deliver finished projects to clients, lead and organize UAT sessions and training
- Provide feedback to the development process based on lessons learned from completed projects.
- Manage all phases of the project to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and that project requirements are met.Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations for the whole team.
As a project manager of our web, mobile development team, you also need to act as technical team leader of the team.
- Oversee and ensure code quality standards are met through code reviews and testing processes.
- Implement and maintain robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
- Provide expertise in application design and development.
- Understand and contribute to the server architecture and infrastructure planning.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
