Responsibilities 

• Liaise with current suppliers to keep the system technically up-to-date; make sure Tableau and Azure licenses are renewed in due time; proactively identify malfunctions and report them to suppliers 

• Based on scientific input from the department, liaise with suppliers to develop new Vanguard features 

• Identify (if needed) the best suppliers (developers) to maintain and develop the system 

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders: suppliers, clients, R&A Department, EXERA commercial team 

• Upon request, make demonstrations of Vanguard’s potential and functionalities to clients; deliver hands-on training to clients 

• Onboard new Vanguard clients, manage and extend access to the platform 

• Collect users’ feedback and suggestions; correct the system or develop new features accordingly, based on users’ feedback 

• Lead the development of a new client onboarding platform for all Research & Analysis services. 

• Support marketing department in their campaigns to raise product awareness.

• Bachelor’s Degree  

• Degree, Diploma or Certificate in analytics software development, computer science, or information technology is preferred  

• Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills 

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously and work under pressure  

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 

• Good understanding of data visualization, and very strong sense of detail. 

• Good understanding of the Myanmar context (geography, political landscape) 

• Good ability to engage with clients and a good sense of sales and/or marketing 

• Understanding of Tableau Business Intelligence and Analytics software as well as  

• Microsoft Azure is a plus
