Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
  • Handling employee offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with ISO standards and procedures related to HR functions, including documentation, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Organizing training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Handle and provide guidance on employee inquiries on HR-related matters, including, leave , benefits, and employment regulations
  • Other HR related tasks assigned by the superiors

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR generalist role
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English and Burmese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations and Training
  • Result-oriented, independent, responsible and team player
