Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Assist in HR administration tasks (recruitment ,Payroll ,  SSB contributions , employee training , events)
  • Utilize various sourcing channels; online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Assist in the employment process by arranging interviews, contacting candidates, and sorting the applications.
  • Have knowledge about up-to-date on current recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies 
  • Organize the whole implementation of formal letters from both external and internal 
  • Organize and maintain company files and references, including confidential files
  • Onboard new recruits and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Handle the employee database well and prepare HR-related reports and data.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor, depend on the urgent and important needs.

Job Requirements


- Bachelor’s degree with HR relating field is preferred  

- At Least 1 to 2 years experience in HR field 

- Good Command in English language.

- Strong computer skills using miscrosoft office, excel, and powerpoint.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active and fast learner
