Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Manage daily routine tasks related to shop operation, information, promotion plans, assigning responsibilities to employees, petty cash  and expenses handling (daily/monthly) and must be able to organize day-to-day sales cash handling and other necessary tasks without error.
  • Must be able to oversee and carry out round check inspections, CCTVs checking and collaborate with related team to all the shops under his/her duty in the shopping mall when the special events occurred
  • Collect the necessary information concerns with the M&E, renovation, update information to the Team Leader in a timely manner. Employees' information and contacts must always be up to date.
  • Handle customer complaints smoothly in accordance with company policy.
  • Train and mentor employees for necessary information and duties, providing guidance with the leader and support to ensure the team growth and development.

Job Requirements

  • Age must be between 23-35 years and must be a bachelor degree holder. Proficient in Microsoft office software. With the related Diploma holders is most preferred.
  • Able to work with assigned rotation to all the Blazon brand shops as per shopping center Operation hour.
  • Must have professional work ethics and positive attitude. Good communication skills and team-work mindset
