We're looking for a Business Planning & Reporting Executive to join our team at KBZ Bank, reporting to the Business Planning and Reporting Manager. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual who will support the line manager for the development and implementation of our Unsecured Loan business strategy. A bachelor & degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is typically necessary. Additionally, experience in digital transformation, business planning, and collection strategy is beneficial. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Assisting in the development and execution of business plans and strategy
• Generating and analyzing reports to track (KPIs) and metrics related to lending product
• Supporting the Business Planning and Reporting Manager in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats and financial projections
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather collection data and information for business planning purposes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and presentations for line manager, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis findings.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of collection strategies for digital lending retail loans, optimizing recovery efforts and minimizing credit risk.
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to digital lending retail loanbusiness planning and reporting, as assigned by the Business Planning and Reporting Manager.

• 3 years relevant experience
• National Management Degree or Any bachelor
